THE OUTSIDER

ON NOVEMBER 17, 1986, a young woman in northern Alaska claimed she saw a UFO, after which she had a memory blackout and awakened naked, confused — and pregnant. Her child was given up for adoption. Thirty-four years later, and dying of cancer, the woman requested Frank Fernandez’s help in finding her lost son and proving she wasn’t the breeder of a human hybrid.

ON NOVEMBER 17, 1986, Captain Kenju Terauchi, a Japan Airlines pilot, reported sighting an unidentified object while flying over the North Slope of Alaska. The sightings of the UFOs were confirmed by FAA and U.S. military ground radar.
