When Hurricane Irma hit Fort Pierce, Florida, a security guard was murdered, and a break-in ensued in a posh oceanfront condominium. Fernandez was enlisted to investigate the murder and the theft of an art masterpiece painted by Pablo Picasso, the most important artist of the twentieth century.
